Junior Store Assistants are the backbone of our retail stores and keep our stores running by:

• Assisting customers with finding their favourite products on the shop floor with a smile

Administrative & Office Support

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and internal teams
• Maintain proper filing systems (both physical and digital)
• Handle correspondence, emails, and documentation in a timely manner
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Liaise with external parties such as legal firms, vendors, and authorities when required

Warehouse Office Coordination

• Support warehouse operations by managing documentation (e.g. delivery orders, invoices, inventory records)
• Coordinate with warehouse staff on stock movement, shipments, and deliveries
• Ensure accuracy of data entry and inventory tracking
• Liaise with logistics partners and suppliers to ensure smooth operations

Job Requirements

• GCE O Level and above
• 2-3 years of administrative experience will be added advantage

About the role

E-Freight Global seeks a motivated Assistant Manager Ocean Procurement to support procurement operations and build a foundation in ocean freight carrier management. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience in rate processing, contract support, and carrier relationship development across FCL and LCL trades. Key responsibilities
