Role Summary

We are seeking a LTSA (Long Term Service Agreement) Service Engineer to serve as Huawei’s on-site technical authority for our Smart String Energy Storage System (ESS) . You will be embedded at the customer’s facility, acting as the single point of contact for all technical matters under the LTSA. Your mission is to maximize system availability, ensure contractual compliance, and drive operational excellence for Huawei’s BESS solution, including battery cabinets, PCS, SACU, EMS.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational & Technical Oversight

The incumbent performs a wide variety of evaluation, maintenance, installation and training tasks to ensure the computer network performance meets the satisfaction of the Company and users. The incumbent also provides direction, information and recommendations on network configurations and installations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Network related incident and change management
• Responsible for the commission, de-commissioning and tech refresh of network devices
• Facilitate in problem solving and collaboration
• Manage the smooth delivery of network operations in accordance with stipulated Service Level Agreements
• Provide firmware updates for network devices
• Ensure network infrastructure complies with security policies
• Prepare and maintain assets to ensure availability and update of capacity reports
• Update process and procedural documents
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Information Technology/Information Systems/ComputerScience, Business IT or its equivalent
• Atleast 5 years of experience in administration and implementation • Good knowledge ofthe following, but not limited to: Firewall technologies (high availability, virtual firewall concept), IPload balancer
• Distribution and core switches: Routerconfiguration (high availability) ,LAN and WANadministration
• Good understanding of a services business in a high-tech environment from a supplier, integrator or operator’s perspective

Skills and Qualifications

Job Scope

• Perform laser unit installation and alignment on laser depaneling machines.
• Configure depaneling machines according to internal specifications and customer requirements, including camera calibration, field calibration, and software debugging.
• Conduct health checks on incoming laser units and coordinate with vendors to resolve defects or delivery issues.
• Maintain records of laser parts and optical components installed on machines.
• Support laser processing experiments and studies as needed, including laser cutting trials and measurements of processed samples.
• Troubleshoot laser-related issues on deployed depaneling machines once proficient.
• Provide customer training, demonstrations, and guidance on process parameters and machine operations once proficient.
