We are looking for a MarTech Executive Intern to support the marketing and technology team in managing and optimizing marketing technology platforms, campaigns, and data-driven marketing initiatives. 

This role involves working at the intersection of marketing, technology, and data, helping to implement and monitor digital campaigns, manage marketing automation tools, and analyze campaign performance. 

The ideal candidate is curious about digital marketing technology, data-driven campaigns, and automation tools, and is comfortable learning new platforms independently in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Marketing Technology Platform Support 

• Assist in managing and maintaining marketing technology platforms such as CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms 
• Support integration between marketing tools and other digital systems 
• Help monitor and ensure proper data flow between platforms 

2. Digital Campaign Execution 

• Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as email, social media, and paid media 
• Assist in setting up campaigns in marketing platforms and tracking performance 
• Ensure marketing assets and content are properly deployed across platforms 

3. Marketing Automation & Workflow Support 

• Assist in setting up and maintaining marketing automation workflows 
• Support the configuration of automated email journeys, lead nurturing flows, and campaign triggers 
• Help maintain contact segmentation and marketing lists 

4. Marketing Analytics & Reporting 

• Assist in tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics 
• Support the creation of dashboards and reports to monitor marketing KPIs 
• Help identify insights and opportunities to improve marketing performance 

5. Data Management & CRM Support 

• Assist in maintaining marketing databases and CRM records 
• Help ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across marketing systems 
• Support lead tracking, data tagging, and segmentation activities

Required Skills & Tools 

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Communications, or related fields

• Ability to support content writing, campaign messaging, and marketing communications 
• Familiarity with marketing analytics or reporting tools is a plus

Job Description

• Work closely with assigned business units to support the business growth
• Conceptualize and implement online marketing strategies for assigned business units under Singapore Medical Group

We are looking for a Data Intern to support our team in collecting, processing, and analyzing data to generate insights that support business and product decisions. 

The intern will assist in building and maintaining data ingestion pipelines, preparing datasets, and supporting analytical tasks.

This role is suited for candidates who are curious, analytical, and proactive learners, with a strong interest in working with structured and unstructured data. As part of the internship, the candidate will be expected to self-learn and experiment with data and AI tools independently.

Key Responsibilities 

1. Data Ingestion & Data Pipeline Support

• Assist in collecting and ingesting data from multiple sources such as APIs, databases, and external datasets 
• Support the development and maintenance of data pipelines and ETL workflows 
• Help ensure data integrity, consistency, and reliability across systems 

2. Data Preparation & Processing 

• Clean, transform, and organize datasets for analysis and reporting 
• Assist in preparing datasets for dashboards, analytics models, and internal reporting 
• Perform data validation and quality checks 

3. Data Analytics & Insights 

• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies 
• Assist in building reports and visualizations for internal stakeholders

4. Tools & Data Infrastructure 

• Support Work with data tools and platforms to support data ingestion and analytics workflows

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to understand data requirements

Required Skills & Tools 

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or related fields
• Basic knowledge of SQL and data querying Familiarity with Python, R, or other data analysis tools is a plus 
• Exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, etc.) is advantageous 
• Understanding of data structures, databases, and data processing concepts 
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

IT Support & End-User Services: 

• Provide 1st-level IT support for clinic systems, applications, and devices across multiple sites, including: Clinic Management System, workstations, mobile devices, printers/label printers/scanners, wireless access points, and digital phones. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues onsite and remotely, including setup and configuration of end-user computing devices. 
• Monitor, log, track, and manage IT helpdesk tickets to resolution. 
• Assist with user administration and IT hardware asset management. 
• Conduct user IT training and maintain updated IT user guides. 
• Support new clinic setup, clinic relocations, and clinic closures.

System, Network & Security Operations: 

• Provide daily support for network (LAN, WAN, VPN), firewall, antivirus, servers (Physical and Hyper-V), and network-attached storage systems. 
• Perform 1st-level network, system, and security management tasks, including regular backups and patch updates. 
• Maintain antivirus software and ensure all critical systems are up to date with latest patches and firmware. 
• Support security initiatives, including monitoring, logging, and investigation of incidents. 
• Regularly review and report on system and account performance.

Project & Application Support: 

• Assist in application implementations, rollouts, deployments, and testing. 
• Collaborate with vendors and internal users to coordinate system enhancements, changes, and issue resolution. 
• Participate in technology evaluations and provide recommendations. 
• Perform other IT duties as assigned.

Requirements: 

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts. 
• Familiarity with databases, EMR systems, or healthcare software is a plus.

• Advise clients, project teams, sites, data safety monitoring boards, regulatory agencies and third-party vendors on medical matters
• Collaborate with internal departments in the preparation of clinical development plans, protocols, investigator brochures, annual reports, clinical study reports, manuscripts, and different scientific presentations
• Review and analysis of clinical data to ensure the safety of study participants in clinical studies
