• Conduct thorough assessments throughout security-by-design phases, ensuring security requirements are appropriately defined, designed, and implemented throughout the system lifecycle in line with recognised security design principles and applicable ICT security policies, standards, and guidelines.

Coordinate property inspections and facilitate the resolution of any maintenance issues.

Customer Service:

Establish and maintain exceptional customer service standards, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, providing effective solutions in a professional manner.

Train and mentor staff to deliver outstanding customer service experiences.

Financial Documentation Handling:

Manage financial records, including invoicing, billing, and expense tracking.

Prepare and analyze financial reports, highlighting key insights and recommending strategies for improvement.

Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial transactions.

Process Optimization:

Continuously evaluate operational procedures and identify opportunities for streamlining processes and improving efficiency.

Implement best practices to enhance productivity and reduce costs while maintaining high-quality standards.

Monitor key performance indicators and develop action plans to address any performance gaps.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience in mechanical repair, specifically in refrigerators and washing machines.

Solid understanding of rental management processes and customer service principles.

Proficiency in financial documentation handling and strong analytical skills.

Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication abilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
