Responsibilities:

• Develop highly personalized, dynamic email templates and CloudPages using AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, and CSS.
• Build and manage complex, multi-step customer journeys in Journey Builder and data-heavy workflows in Automation Studio.
• Write and optimize advanced SQL queries for large-scale data segmentation and transformation within Data Extensions.
• Configure data streams and map data to the Cloud Information Model (CIM).
• Implement identity resolution rules and build calculated insights to power real-time marketing activations.
• Manage the synchronization of data between Data Cloud, SFMC Engagement, and other external platforms via connectors and APIs.
• Build and maintain technical data streams to ingest data from diverse marketing sources.
• Develop data harmonization logic to ensure cross-platform data consistency.
• Configure custom reporting views and technical dashboards for performance tracking.

Requirements:

• At least 7+ years in SFMC development with hands-on experience in Data Cloud and MCI implementations.
• Expert-level SQL, AMPscript, and SSJS.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs to connect SFMC with external systems.
• Deep understanding of relational data models and the Contact Model in SFMC.

Certifications (Preferred):

• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer.
• Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant.
• Accredited Professional in Marketing Cloud Intelligence.

• Experience : 8 years
• (SQL Server / Oracle / DB2 / Netezza) – at-least good working knowledge in 2 of these DBApache Spark Streaming or Apache Flink

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent. 
• At least 8+ years of experience (preferably prior consulting background) in the life & health insurance domain, with strong hands-on knowledge of agency, finance, and operations processes.
• Proven expertise in process mapping and documentation, including the use of industry-standard process mapping tools (e.g., Visio).
• Strong understanding of insurance data flows, particularly how transactional systems integrate with data warehouses to support reporting, payments, and accounting.
• Prior experience with insurance platforms such as LifeAsia and enterprise data warehouse solutions is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex processes and communicate them clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong ownership mindset with a track record of delivering high-quality outcomes in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent. 
• At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Artist, Pipeline TD, or similar role in a 3D production or visualization environment.
• Strong knowledge of Maya pipelines, scene management, and asset publishing workflows.
• Scripting experience in Python or similar languages for automation and pipeline tooling.
• Strong understanding of USD-based workflows and modern 3D asset pipeline architecture.
• Ability to connect artistic production requirements with technical systems design and automation.
• Ability to create repeatable AI visual systems rather than one-off artistic setups.
• Experience with scalable asset pipelines used for product visualization, digital commerce, or content generation is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with metadata-driven workflows, variant management, and interoperability across 3D, rendering, and content systems is a plus.
• Understanding of AI-assisted content production environments and the role of grounded Digital Twin assets in reducing hallucination and improving product fidelity is highly valuable

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent. 
• At least 5 years of experience in 3D lighting and look development, preferably in product visualization.
• Strong understanding of materials, reflections, shading, and realistic lighting for product assets.
• Experience working in Maya and physically based rendering workflows.
• Ability to create repeatable AI visual systems rather than one-off artistic setups.
• Strong eye for product realism, consistency, and detail across variants and output types.
• Experience supporting scalable content production or reusable visualization systems is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with digital twin workflows and the role of lighting/look-dev in enabling reliable AI-generated outputs is a plus.
• Ability to maintain high visual standards while working within technically structured, automation-oriented production environments.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent. 
• At least 5 years of experience in 3D modeling, asset preparation, and material/texturing workflows.
• Strong skills in Maya modeling, scene organization, and production asset cleanup.
• Experience working with CAD data, industrial design files, and product visualization assets.
• Strong understanding of UV mapping, geometry optimization, topology cleanup, and material assignment.
• Familiarity with V-Ray and Substance material workflows.
• Ability to balance product realism, technical structure, and production efficiency.
• Ability to create repeatable AI visual systems rather than one-off artistic setups.
• Experience with product variants and structured asset preparation for scalable content pipelines is strongly preferred.
• Understanding how high-quality, well-structured digital twin assets enable AI-assisted content generation and reduce downstream production errors is a strong plus.
