Requirements (Strict):

Minimum 3–5 years of proven hands-on experience in railway signalling and electrical systems projects

Mandatory: Strong working knowledge in signalling systems, electrical installation, and T&C processes(candidates without this will not be considered)

Hands-on experience in train-borne activities, trackside works, and Engineering Hours (EH) operations is required

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Section Manager (Civil) with strong exposure to deep excavation and infrastructure works to support the execution of major civil construction projects in Singapore. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead civil engineering projects, particularly in government-related wastewater and water treatment works. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle from planning through execution to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee the full lifecycle of civil engineering projects

• Define project scope, objectives, and detailed work plans

• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors

• Manage project resources, budget, and construction schedules

• Supervise site operations and ensure quality control standards are met

• Identify, assess, and resolve project risks and issues

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with specifications and safety regulations

Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field

• Proven experience managing wastewater and/or water treatment projects, preferably government projects

• Strong project management, coordination, and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project timelines effectively

Benefits
