We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Contract Senior Recruiter to lead our talent acquisition efforts within the Engineering Function. In this role, you will be the bridge between our client's ambitious innovation goals and the world-class technical talent required to achieve them. You will move beyond standard recruitment to act as a talent consultant, identifying specialists who can drive our mission of sustainability and efficiency forward.
What Will You Do?
Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for niche engineering roles, utilizing advanced headhunting techniques to attract "passive" technical experts.
Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand project roadmaps, technical requirements, and team culture.
Lead discovery conversations to define ideal candidate profiles and provide market insights on engineering talent trends and salary benchmarks.
Proactively build and nurture long-term pipelines for critical engineering skill sets, ensuring a seamless talent flow for current and future intakes.
Supervise and mentor the Talent Acquisition Intern, guiding them on technical screening, candidate engagement, and effective sourcing strategies.
Utilize recruitment metrics and data analytics to refine hiring processes and improve the "time-to-fill" for complex technical mandates.
What Qualifications Will Make You Successful?
Bachelor's in business / marketing / human resources / similar
Min 3 to 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, specifically within engineering, manufacturing, or deep-tech sectors.
Ability to converse fluently with engineers regarding specialized skill sets and project requirements.
A track record of building trust with senior stakeholders and delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
Well-versed in using data to influence hiring decisions and process improvements.
Strong understanding of labor laws and recruitment ethics to ensure a compliant and inclusive hiring process.
