Job Description

In your role as Electrical Engineering Lead / Manager, your focus will be to ensure that the installation and commissioning of the LV & MV Electrical systems and electrical control systems portion of the mechanical systems adheres to the technical requirements and the design already developed by the engineering contractor. • Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • To monitor daily process KPOV and KPIV
  • To trigger for process or machine maintenance as scheduled or on ad hoc basis
  • To ensure compliance to operating procedures and process parameters
  • To carry out evaluations for process improvement
  • To ensure quality of parts that leave the process and own up any excursions and action items to mitigate the impact and solve the issue.

Salary Range: $4,000 - $4,500
Location: West
Bonus: AWS / VB

Responsibilities:

• Request quotations and verify product specifications
• Coordinate delivery and service schedules
• Liaise with vendors to resolve issues and gather feedback
• Collect and analyze ESH data from process owners
• Identify trends, interpret findings, and support improvement actions
• Conduct safety inspections and training
• Support risk assessments
• Promote safety programs, incident sharing, and staff inductions
• Participate in inspections and ESH meetings
• Ensure compliance with legal and company requirement
• Support audits and regulatory submissions
• Monitor on-site work and ensure safety compliance
• Coordinate contractor activities and site arrangements
• Review process flows and identify improvement opportunities
• Support SOP and safe shutdown implementations
• Support emergency drills and preparedness activities
• Coordinate with internal teams and external authorities
• Maintain emergency equipment and assist ERP updates

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering
• With 2 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge in Process Safety Management
