The Job:
· Perform Electronic, Electrical, and Mechanical parts assembly and testing as required.
· Perform basic troubleshooting and rework or repair of production finished products.
· Inspect of partial or finished products for defects or deviation from specifications.
· Report any non-conformance or quality issues to the supervisor or QA team.
· Operate tools, jigs and fixtures, equipment in a safe and efficient way.
· Maintain cleanliness and functionality of tools and equipment.
· Record required production data and issues encountered, complete checklists and production report as required.
· Provide feedback for process improvement and efficiency enhancement.
· Participate in 5S, Kaizen, or lean manufacturing activities.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area.
· Adhere to all safety regulations.
· Contribute to the company risk management process in accordance with your position and duties / responsibilities
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your immediate supervisor
Requirements:
· Minimum Secondary education
· 1 -2 years of experience in manufacturing environment preferred
· Basic computer knowledge will be advantageous
· Able to work overtime when required
· Physical work required
· Committed, reliable and willing to learn
· Able to understand and follow instructions.
