Job Purpose
The Executive Education Sales Executive/Manager is responsible for driving enrolment and revenue growth for executive education and SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG)-funded programmes. The role focuses on acquiring corporate clients, managing strategic partnerships, and converting leads into sustainable training engagements across openenrolment and customised corporate learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation
· Drive enrolment for executive education and SkillsFuture-funded programmes
· Achieve sales targets
· Convert leads into enrolments
· Promote stackable learning pathways
Corporate Business Development
· Develop corporate client relationships
· Identify training needs and propose solutions
· Secure corporate training contracts
· Build long-term partnerships
SkillsFuture Programme Promotion
· Promote SSG-funded courses
· Support clients on funding eligibility
· Work with operations teams for delivery
· Ensure compliance with funding rules
CRM & Pipeline Management
· Manage CRM sales pipeline
· Track leads and conversions
· Maintain sales forecasts
· Follow up on enquiries
Marketing Collaboration
· Support campaigns and events
· Represent organisation at events
· Support lead generation activities
· Provide market feedback
Stakeholder Engagement
· Liaise with academic and curriculum teams
· Engage HR/L&D stakeholders
· Support strategic partnerships
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing,Communications, HR or related field
Experience
5+ years in B2B sales, corporate training or education sales
Experience in SkillsFuture or CET environment preferred
Experience working with corporate HR/L&D clients
