  Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of hands-on expertise (with a preference for 20+ years) specifically in SAP Data Migration and Master Data Management.

  • Proven Track Record: At least 5 full-lifecycle S/4HANA greenfield or brownfield transformations in a leadership capacity.

  • Strategic Pedigree: Demonstrated experience leading Data Strategy and Discovery workshops for Tier-1 global organizations.

  • Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data dependencies into "business-speak" for executive leadership.

  • Regional Expertise: Significant experience delivering projects within the APAC region, with a deep understanding of the Singapore business ecosystem.

  • Technical Breadth: Mastery of SAP’s data toolset and modern data cloud architectures. Experience with legacy-to-SAP transitions is essential.

  • Education: Advanced degree (Master’s preferred) in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking,and cold calling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer needs and present appropriate products or solutions to meet those needs.
• Promote and sell company products and services to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to customers.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and sales opportunities in a timely manner.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts within approved guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts using CRM tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as finance, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, trade shows, and industry events as required.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager or management team.
