Role Overview
TENSAI Consulting is seeking a rare, high-caliber professional to lead our most complex ERP data transformations. This is not a standard functional role; we are looking for a Principal Solution Architect and Delivery Lead who bridges the gap between deep technical data architecture and high-level business strategy.
The ideal candidate is a "unicorn" in the SAP ecosystem—someone who has spent decades mastering the mechanics of Data Migration and Master Data Management (MDM) while simultaneously serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives. You will be responsible for defining the data roadmap for multi-national enterprises and ensuring the flawless execution of large-scale multi-wave S/4HANA migrations across the diverse and demanding APAC landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Data Leadership: Orchestrate and facilitate high-impact Data Strategy Workshops for global clients, aligning data governance frameworks with long-term business objectives.
C-Suite Advisory: Conduct and lead interviews and strategy sessions with C-level stakeholders (CIOs, CDOs, CFOs) to communicate the business value of data transformation and secure buy-in for complex architectural shifts.
End-to-End Delivery Oversight: Provide senior leadership for the entire data lifecycle, from initial landscape assessment and extraction to cleansing, transformation, and final load in S/4HANA environments.
Regional Market Mastery: Navigate the nuances of the Singapore and broader APAC markets, ensuring data strategies comply with local regulations and address the unique operational challenges of the region.
Architectural Excellence: Design robust Master Data Management (MDM) and Data Migration solutions using tools such as SAP MDG, Syniti SKP, SAP ADMM, and LTMC.
Risk Mitigation: Identify and resolve critical path issues in data migration early, ensuring zero downtime and 100% data integrity for multi-billion dollar business entities.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of hands-on expertise (with a preference for 20+ years) specifically in SAP Data Migration and Master Data Management.
Proven Track Record: At least 5 full-lifecycle S/4HANA greenfield or brownfield transformations in a leadership capacity.
Strategic Pedigree: Demonstrated experience leading Data Strategy and Discovery workshops for Tier-1 global organizations.
Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data dependencies into "business-speak" for executive leadership.
Regional Expertise: Significant experience delivering projects within the APAC region, with a deep understanding of the Singapore business ecosystem.
Technical Breadth: Mastery of SAP’s data toolset and modern data cloud architectures. Experience with legacy-to-SAP transitions is essential.
Education: Advanced degree (Master’s preferred) in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
