Job Scope – Admin Executive (Sales Support / Loan Coordination)
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with local banks and financial institutions for loan application submissions and related documentation.
Coordinate with Relationship Managers to follow up on loan application status, including approvals, rejections, and pending cases.
Track and update all loan application progress accurately in the Cap Cloud tracker.
Ensure timely submission of required supporting documents and resolve any outstanding issues with relevant parties.
Conduct PDPA compliance checks and ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of customer data, especially for rejected applications.
Maintain proper records of all communications, submissions, and outcomes.
Prepare reports and provide updates to management on loan processing status.
Support the sales team with administrative coordination and customer follow-up where required.
Ensure all processes are carried out in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Detail-oriented with good record-keeping ability.
Familiar with loan submission processes and banking procedures.
Knowledge of PDPA compliance requirements.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and cloud-based tracking systems.
