Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Food & Beverage in daily operational matters, including coordinating and updating his schedule with vendors, members, and other Department Heads.

• Generate weekly and monthly operational and management reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Some understanding of F&B operations, banquet/event planning and service standards.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) with good attention to detail.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Willingness to support F&B events, including occasional evenings or weekends.

Executive & Administrative Support 

• Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, reservations, and appointments effectively to ensure priorities are met.
