1. Solar Equipment Logistics & Warehouse Operations

• Coordinate and manage incoming and outgoing shipments of solar panels, inverters, mounting systems, cables, and related equipment.
• Perform receiving, checking, sorting, packing, labelling, and dispatch of materials.
• Assist in picking and packing of project materials according to operational requirements.
• Ensure proper storage, arrangement, and housekeeping of all inventory and that they are handled safely to prevent damage.
• Conduct stock receiving and verify quantity, condition, and specifications of all components upon delivery.
• Monitor stock levels of key materials and support inventory replenishment to ensure project timelines are not delayed.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and inventory checks.

2. Operations Coordination

• Support daily operational and logistics activities to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, subcontractors, and internal teams regarding delivery schedules and operational matters
• Monitor delivery timelines and ensure timely fulfilment of all orders and project needs.
• Investigate and report delivery discrepancies, damaged components, shortages, or operational issues, and escalate to the relevant project manager.

3. Inventory & Documentation

• Maintain accurate logistics, inventory, and operational records for all materials.
• Update inventory systems, delivery records, and stock movement reports.
• Prepare operational reports and supporting documentation
• Verify purchase orders, invoices, delivery orders, and equipment specifications.
• Maintain records of equipment serial numbers, batch numbers, and warranty documentation.

4. Administrative Duties

• Assist in operational planning and process improvements to increase efficiency in solar project logistics and supply chain.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, safety requirements, and relevant regulations for handling electrical and solar equipment.
• Perform general administrative duties related to logistics and operations activities, including scheduling, permit documentation, and delivery coordination.
