Key Responsibilities

• Manage installation, configuration, and support of Finacle (10.x / 11.x environments)
• Provide end-to-end environment setup, including development, testing, and production systems

Role Summary

The Operations Executive (Technical) is responsible for the setup, deployment, maintenance, spare parts inventory, and operational management of the company’s fleet of vending machines. This role ensures machines are properly configured, operationally efficient, well maintained, and consistently stocked with products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Machine Acquisition & Setup

• Provide machine specifications, setup requirements, and spare parts recommendations during machine procurement.
• Inspect and receive vending machines upon delivery.
• Assemble, configure, and test machines prior to deployment.

2. Deployment & Machine Management

• Coordinate and execute the deployment of machines to operational locations.
• Maintain records of machine inventory, location assignments, and movement history.
• Monitor machine performance and operational status.

3. Backend Operations

• Manage the vending machine backend system, including machine configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure system data such as machine status, machine information, and stock records are accurate and up to date.

4. Stock Replenishment
