Responsibilities of a Warranty Support Executive include:

• Process warranty and return claims and shipments through internal CRM systems on a daily basis
• Manage customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution
• Arrange collection of parts from customers and coordinate shipment to suppliers for repair via couriers such as DHL and FedEx Including preparing all shipping documents (e.g., HS codes, commercial invoices)
• Place orders and follow up with suppliers for required replacement parts or repair status and lead times to ensure timely updates and resolution
• Liaise with internal departments including Logistics, Customer Service, and Sales to solve the warranty case as well as provide updates on timely basis
• Handle customs clearance processes, including import documentation, duty/tax verification, and query resolution.  
• File claims with carriers for lost or damaged shipments with LOA and POA letter.
• Support the Admin team in processing courier invoices and submitting them to Accounts for payment when required
• Support Customer Service team when required, particularly during staff leave and peak periods, to ensure continuity in handling enquiries, order updates, and customer communications

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct technology landscape scans, market research, and benchmarking on digital health, AI, automation, kiosks, and GovTech solutions
• Track industry trends, pilots, and case studies locally and internationally, especially in public sector contexts
• Summarise research findings into briefing notes, comparison tables, reports, and presentation slides
• Support coordination of innovation projects, including meeting arrangements, minutes-taking, and action tracking
• Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to support project execution and follow-ups
• Assist in preparing presentation decks, concept notes, and pilot proposals
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and knowledge management repositories
• Support preparation of governance materials such as briefing packs and summaries
• Assist in setting up, monitoring, and documenting pilot and proof-of-concept initiatives
• Collect feedback and support post-pilot evaluation and reporting

Requirements:

• Research & Analytical Skills: Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and the ability to synthesise complex data into actionable insights.
• Project Management Skills: Comfortable supporting multiple workstreams simultaneously, with good organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines.
• Digital Tools Proficiency: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams
• Ability to create basic diagrams or visuals using Visio, Canva, etc
• Communication Skills: Proficiency in writing reports, briefs and presentation decks

Preferred Discipline:
1. Business Administration, Innovation Management, Engineering, Computer Science or Design
