Job Summary

The Sales Representative manages assigned retail accounts and territories to achieve sales targets, build strong retailer relationships, and support company sales and marketing initiatives through regular field visits and market intelligence gathering.

Responsibilities:

- Sales & Business Development Achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets by promoting and selling company products, services, and campaigns

- Develop and execute sales plans to grow business within existing retailers and acquire new accounts in assigned territories

- Monitor retailer purchase trends and recommend effective sales strategies to improve performance

- Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned retailers through regular engagement and support

- Conduct scheduled route visits to ensure comprehensive coverage and retailer servicing

- Assist retailers with product information, promotions, and operational inquiries to enhance their sales capabilities

- Inform retailers of new products, pricing, promotions, and company initiatives to support sales efforts

- Resolve retailer issues promptly and escalate when necessary to maintain satisfaction

- Coordinate SIM card deliveries and stock replenishment activities to maintain adequate retailer inventory

- Monitor and recommend replenishment of retailer stock levels to prevent shortages

- Ensure proper deployment and maintenance of Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) at retail outlets according to company standards

- Verify promotional materials are displayed correctly to maximize marketing impact

- Submit accurate and timely sales reports, route visit reports, and activity updates to management

- Maintain detailed records of retailer interactions and business opportunities for effective follow-up

- Provide market feedback, competitor information, and retailer insights to support strategic decisions

- Comply with company policies, procedures, and operational requirements in all activities

- Maintain communication and operational continuity during absences by managing handovers and remaining contactable for urgent retailer matters

Required competencies and certifications:

- Minimum GCE O-Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent education

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective retailer relationships

- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach to meet sales targets

- Ability to work independently and manage assigned territories effectively

- Preferred competencies and qualifications

- Previous experience in field sales, telecommunications, FMCG, retail distribution, or related industries preferred

- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (preferred) to facilitate territory coverage

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to support reporting and communication

Job Responsibilities
This position focuses on working within the On-Trade team

• Identify and pursue new customers and customer segments within Singapore.
• Manage, administer and be responsible for the customers and accounts under your purview.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver an excellent customer experience across the entire customer journey, including order processing, fulfilment, and billing.
• Work closely with the Commercial and Marketing team to execute new product launches, campaigns, and promotions for your customers.
• Have a keen understanding and provide feedback on the evolving competitive landscape.

Pre-requisites

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience with a track record, specialising in alcohol sales or generalists across multiple categories, will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with beverage customers.
• Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients in choosing the right rental vehicle
• Engage with walk-in customers, answer inquiries via phone or email, and convert inquiries into appointment bookings
• Identify opportunities to upsell additional product add-ons (ie. insurance/damage coverage)

What you'll do

Responsibilities

• Research and create outreach materials for high-value prospects, in partnership with SDRs and AEs
  
• Follow up with Marketing-generated leads to qualify as sales opportunities. Move solid leads through the funnel connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging meetings
