What you will do

• Promote key products of the company by detailing the features, advantages, benefits & unique selling points of company’s products
• Deliver sales targets and distribution objectives for assigned portfolio/channel
• Work closely with hospital stakeholders to list products into hospitals
• Report on sales and business performance for aligned portfolio/channel which includes providing updates on competitor activity
• Execute clear and effective call reports, and meet business KPIs as will be defined from time to time

We are seeking a highly motivated Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to promote our products to General Practitioners (GPs), Specialists, and other healthcare providers within Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyse sales data using Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with GPs, Specialists, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
• Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Use Synergix to enter sales orders and manage customer data.
• Prepare and submit timely sales reports, call plans, and territory analyses.
• Attend medical conferences, exhibitions, and company meetings as required.
• Analyse sales data versus KPIs and targets to identify gaps and growth opportunities.
• Gather market intelligence on trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback through field interactions.
• Engage with key stakeholders (e.g., hospitals, clinics, KOLs) to refine ICM Pharma’s product and service offerings.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Manage negotiations on pricing, terms and delivery schedules to secure sales or sales contracts.
• Educate prospects on products, highlighting their benefits and demonstrating how they meet customer needs.
• Manage and acquire new accounts across different channels.
• Building partnership with healthcare providers by being responsive and service orientated.
• Keep updated with product knowledge and stay informed of competitor activity, market intel and competitor.
• Build rapport with doctors, purchasers and clinic staff to maintain an excellent level of service.

What you'll do
As an Inbound Sales Representative, SME & Growth, you’ll join our fast-growing and dynamic team to drive Airwallex’s future growth engine across Southeast Asia. You will challenge the norms, never settle, and relentlessly find a way to create an even better experience for future clients. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end sales funnel of SME leads in Indonesia - from prospecting, qualifying, pitching, onboarding, to activating new clients across Indonesia. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing and Partnerships to maximise revenue and business priorities, and as a key member of the team, you’ll share valuable insights to help create an even better experience for future clients. The knowledge of the Bahasa Indonesia language is essential to be able to interact with Indonesia-based prospects and existing clients.

Responsibilities:

• Advocate for Airwallex: Create a strong first impression to our prospects by providing them with an end-to-end world-class experience and product expertise.

• Identify Opportunities: Utilize data and speak with prospects to qualify and understand how our use cases can address their business needs and pain points.

• Educate and Activate: Teach customers how to leverage the full range of Airwallex products, and ensure adoption of our products.

• Champion Customer Needs: Act as the voice of the customer within Airwallex, ensuring their needs and feedback are heard and addressed.

• Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work closely with Marketing and Partnerships to optimise lead flow and maximise revenue.

• Outbound Tactically: Identify high-potential prospects and use effective strategies to generate leads, understand prospects’ pain points to propose solutions, leading to revenue growth.

• Maintain Operational Excellence: Consistently update CRM records, support reporting efforts, and ensure efficient processes throughout the sales cycle.

• Meet or exceed activity and revenue targets, such as call volume, meetings booked, and clients onboarded.

Who you are

Minimum qualifications:

• Local market knowledge as this role will be supporting clients based in Indonesia: Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal) to interact with Indonesia based clients.
• Familiar with local business culture and the Indonesia business landscape.
• Driven, resilient, and willing to put in the hard work needed to achieve your KPIs.
• Comfortable in calling 40 leads a day, or more, to ensure coverage across leads assigned to you.
• Communication Skills: Proficiency in verbal and written communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, and a great communicator on the phone and via email to Indonesia-based clients.
• Experienced in engaging with both internal and external stakeholders succinctly and confidently.
• Able to efficiently work at scale with many leads, demonstrating strong prioritisation and time management.
• Knows how to problem solve, address, and resolve issues effectively
• >3 years experience in sales in fintech, payments, saas, or a high-growth industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

You will:

• Be immersed in the sales and technology industry by talking to and building relationships with customers as well as qualifying opportunities to drive company revenue.

Provide technical support for our product in the Operating Theatre (OT)
