• Drive enhancement of division collaboration platforms, intranet team portal and shared repositories to drive a seamless digital workplace experience.

• Design and continuously improve CIO Office onboarding programmes and knowledge structures to accelerate time-to-productivity for new joiners in the CIO Office.

• Lead ad-hoc strategic tasks and special assignments as required to support fluid CIO Office priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Proactively evaluate and champion the adoption of emerging tools and productivity solutions to optimise team workflows and operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in any discipline.

• Relevant experience in strategy, operations, programme management, PMO, corporate planning, organisational development, consulting or related functions.

• Experience supporting senior leadership and managing organisation-wide initiatives will be advantageous.

• Experience managing vendors, procurement processes, contracts or advisory service subscriptions will be advantageous.

Job Description

• Provide administrative support to daily operations work
• Administer Order Processing duties, including data entry and updating of records to system
• Assist in the planning and scheduling of measurement and installation works based on existing procedures and customer requirements
• Coordinate with relevant Departments in daily deployment of trucks and drivers
• Assist in Vehicle Scheduling
• Prepare drawings with/without using CAD software
• Coordinate between different departments and sub-contractors to ensure order fulfilment and proper documentation and billing
• Prepare full of documents including costing before passing over to other departments for processing
• Perform verification of sub-contractor billings
• Handle office administrative work like filing and scanning
• All other job duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a secondary school GCE “O” level or Diploma equivalent
• At least 1 – 2 year(s) of working experience in admin co-ordination
• Able to work independently under minimum supervision
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and Google Sheets
• Comfortable with Numbers and Technical Drawings
• Familiarity with Singapore roads will be an advantage
