Role Summary

The Infrastructure Project Manager is responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of a large‑scale, highly critical infrastructure program spanning on‑premises, security, monitoring and ITSM platforms. IT Support Engineer

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line user liaison and helpdesk support during office hours and after office hours if needed. Keeping user informed on request status and progress
• Provide support to VoIP, network infrastructure on both Client’s Premises and Data Centre.
• Troubleshooting Linux, Windows, network, and relevant infra stack.
• Liaise with vendors and other functional teams for problem resolution.
• Provide after-hours support for Infrastructure related emergencies when required.
• Participate in the design of information and operational support systems.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Technical Skills-

• Higher NITEC Certificate or Diploma in IT/Computer/Network or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of packet capture tools like tcpdump & Wireshark for troubleshooting server network issues.
• Knowledge of basic VoIP Technologies such as SIP, WebRTC, RTP will be an advantage.
• Basic networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP, NAT)

Role Overview

The IT Project Assistant (Junior) will support application projects and system implementation initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in application support, basic SDLC understanding, and exposure to business analysis and system integration. A basic development background (front-end or scripting) or DevOps/Linux server exposure on any cloud platform is an advantage, but not mandatory. Where technical experience is limited, stronger skills in business analysis, requirements gathering, UAT, and system integration will be emphasized.

You will work closely with business users, vendors, and internal IT teams to support project delivery, coordinate UAT, and assist in resolving system issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination & Support
• Assist Project Manager / IT Lead in planning and tracking project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items with stakeholders and vendors.
• Support documentation of project status, risks, and issues.
• Business Analysis & Requirements
• Work with business users to gather and document business and functional requirements.

• Create and maintain user guides and system documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma in IT or related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in IT or application support.

You will leverage AI/ML, statistics, data technologies and cloud computing platforms to develop integrated, innovative data-driven solutions which will support and advance core work and strategic goals against the backdrop of an evolving energy landscape. The key responsibilities of the officer include:

• Design, build, deploy, manage and maintain end-to-end data and AI/ML projects, as well as Big Data and Cloud platforms to meet the multi-faceted needs of a rapidly growing data-driven organization in the energy sector
• Perform project management and product owner activities for the development, testing and maintenance of enterprise data systems such as data lakes, analytics platforms and AI platforms according to the Agile methodology;
• Develop and implement scalable and reliable Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) processes for the ingestion and integration of large, structured and unstructured data from a variety of data sources. This includes systems that are on-premise and cloud platforms
• Working with business users, project teams, government agencies, international organizations and industry partners to explore new AI/ML and data technologies, tools and techniques in the energy sector; and identify new deployable solutions to support and advance the companty's core work and strategic goals.

Requirements:

• Education in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or other related disciplines with substantial quantitative content
• Relevant working experience, especially in handling data analytics or AI/ML projects; as well as strong knowledge of data/cloud technologies.
• Demonstrable experience in leveraging data/ML techniques such as data mining, data engineering, machine learning, natural language processing, etc.
• Demonstrable experience in programming languages like SAS, R, Python, Java, or Scala for data science and/or data processing applications.
• Excellent analytical, coordination and communication (written and verbal) skills are critical for this position.
• Background in handling data analytics as well as strong knowledge of data/cloud technologies.
