Key Responsibilities

Project Prequalification

• Review client prequalification documentation requirements and deliverables

Project Tendering

• Organize tender reviews with senior management for approval

• Upon award, prepare handover presentations covering scope, technical, commercial, and contractual details

Post Project Award

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and associates through regular communication

• Advise Project Managers on potential variation orders

• Support project teams with commercial deliverables as required

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering from a reputable institution

• 5–8 years of relevant industry experience, including at least 3 years in commercial roles

• Preferably with exposure to FPSO projects, module construction, or project management

• Strong ability to read, interpret, and prepare technical/commercial documents and engineering drawings

• Skilled in identifying process improvements for functional and cost-effective results

• Manufacturing readiness & ramp: Lead process readiness for LC/MS mechanical assemblies and processes during pilot builds and mass production (fixtures/tooling, work instructions, test methods).

Job Description

The Enterprise Program Coordinator (EPC) is a key role in delivering Agilent Enterprise Solutions to our customers. They are the primary day-to-day operational contact with the customer for all of their program needs. The EPCs objective is to deliver a consistently differentiated customer experience and ensure operational excellence for programs/projects assigned to them.
