About this role

The Procurement Engineer is responsible for leading and executing sourcing and procurement activities for complex process automation projects, combining engineering knowledge with commercial expertise. The role is responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of technically compliant materials, equipment, and services, aligned with project specifications and quality standards. The Procurement Engineer will work closely with Project Execution, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to support large-scale project execution, mitigate technical risks, and ensure optimal supplier selection. Main duties and responsibilities:

Daily Operations Support

• Ensure readiness and accuracy of documentation for inbound and outbound shipments in timely manner.
• Generate warehouse picks and monitor shipment processing in WMS.
• Post warehouse shipments in WMS upon completion of the picking done by warehouse via handheld device.
• Post warehouse receipts in the WMS system upon confirmation from the warehouse supervisor that the accuracy and condition of the stocks are acceptable.
• Coordinate with purchasers to resolve discrepancies between physical stock and documentation.

• Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and regularly update the warehouse asset maintenance record.
