• 監控營運成本、車隊費用和人力成本

• 管理營運資金、信貸控制和債務催收效率

信用控制與風險管理

• 審核客戶信用額度、信用條款和 CTOS 報告

• 監督債務催收、壞帳準備和法律追償流程

• 與銷售和營運部門緊密合作，處理逾期帳款和爭議。

稅務、合規與審計

• 確保遵守馬來西亞的法律法規要求：

• 銷售與服務稅、企業所得稅、預扣稅

• 馬來西亞內陸稅務局 (LHDN) 電子發票要求

• 與審計師、稅務代理人、銀行家和公司秘書聯絡

• 準備審計計畫和法定申報文件

內部控制與流程改進

• 建立並改善財務標準作業程序、政策和內部控制

• 從財務和風險角度支援合約審查

• 實施系統改進，提高會計和報告效率

團隊領導力

• 領導、指導和監督財務/會計人員

• 設定關鍵績效指標並確保達到績效標準

要求

• 會計、金融或相關領域的學士學位

• 擁有專業資格證書（ACCA/CPA/CIMA/MICPA）者優先考慮

• 至少5-8年相關工作經驗，其中至少2-3年擔任管理職務

• 具服務業（害蟲防治、設施管理、環境服務、物流或類似產業）經驗者優先考慮

• 精通馬來西亞會計準則和稅務法規

• 具備會計系統（例如 SQL、AutoCount、SAP、Oracle 或類似系統）的實際操作經驗

• 較強的分析、領導與溝通能力
