What You Will Do

Investment Analysis & Financial Modelling

• Build sophisticated financial models for new data centres, hyperscale expansions, M&A, JV structures and redevelopment projects.

• Conduct deep-dive feasibility analysis: IRR, NPV, payback, sensitivity, utilisation ramp-up and PUE cost impact.

• Prepare high-quality investment papers and Board approval decks.

• Collaborate with engineering, commercial, and finance teams to validate assumptions (power, cooling, leasing, capacity).

Asset & Portfolio Performance

• Monitor and optimise portfolio performance: utilisation, MW yield, revenue per MW, EBITDA margins, ROIC and PUE efficiency.

• Recommend asset enhancement and repositioning strategies to improve profitability.

• Oversee lifecycle management including renewals, pricing strategies, energy optimisation and capex planning.

Management Accounting & Reporting

• Lead P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting for the data centre business.

• Perform variance analysis and develop annual budgets, rolling forecasts and long-term financial plans.

• Analyse cost drivers (power, cooling, maintenance, staffing, financing) and propose margin improvement initiatives.

• Track KPIs such as PUE, EBITDA, ROIC, MW yield and cash flow projections.

Presentation, Research & Stakeholder Engagement

• Produce best-in-class PowerPoint presentation decks for Investment Committee, Board, lenders and JV partners.

• Present financial insights and investment recommendations confidently.

• Conduct industry research on data centre trends, hyperscale demand, power pricing, ESG risks, regulatory landscape and competitor analysis.

• Develop dashboards and reporting packs for senior stakeholders.

Risk, Governance & Compliance

• Conduct investment risk assessments (tenant default, construction delays, power tariffs, ESG risks).

• Support due diligence, PPAs, financing documentation and lease contracts.

• Ensure strong corporate governance and compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.

Leadership

• Lead and mentor a small team of finance professionals to elevate capability, modelling standards and analytical output.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering or related fields.

• CPA, CFA or FMVA certification is a strong advantage.

• Min 5 years’ experience in investment analysis, asset management, corporate finance, FP&A or management accounting, ideally within data centres, hyperscale, technology, engineering, energy, real estate or infrastructure.

• Attend and participate in CRMC meetings, including but not limited to identifying and addressing audit findings and presenting as and when required.

Overview:

Icon is seeking an experienced and hands-on Finance Manager/Senior Accountant to support and coordinate all finance activities forour Global operations. This role will ensure consistent financialpractices, reliable budgeting and forecasting, and strong compliance with localregulations.

You will work closely with our group finance leadership, regionalfinance team members, and external service providers (accounting, tax, andlabor/social insurance agents) to streamline our financial processes and ensureaccurate reporting, compliance, and financial control across the business. Youwill also act as the central finance point of contact for supportingoperational effectiveness and alignment with group-wide standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Group Finance Management & Coordination

• Act as a Group Finance Manager / Senior Accountant, supporting finance matters across the group, including Singapore, Japan, Australia, and Vietnam, ensuring consistency, alignment, and strong governance across all entities.
• Serve as the key liaison between group finance and local finance/accounting teams in subsidiaries, ensuring timely communication, accurate reporting, and adherence to group policies.
• Coordinate group-wide financial data consolidation and preparation of monthly management reporting packs, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and consistency across all entities.
• Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes across group entities, working closely with business and finance stakeholders.

Financial Operations & Transaction Processing

• Support end-to-end finance operations, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and intercompany transactions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal controls.
• Review accounts receivable aging and actively follow up with customers to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.

Treasury & Cash Flow Management

• Monitor group and entity-level cash flow positions to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and strategic requirements.
• Oversee payment cycles and optimise cash utilisation across entities.
• Manage and maintain banking relationships across local jurisdictions, supporting banking facilities, and treasury requirements.

Corporate Secretarial & Regulatory Compliance

• Coordinate corporate secretarial, statutory, audit, tax and regulatory compliance matters across group entities with external service provides (e.g. company secretarial, auditors, tax agents, advisors), ensuring timely and accurate execution of all filings and requirements
• Ensure compliance with all statutory reporting obligations and internal governance standards across jurisdictions, including preparation of supporting schedules, documentation, and audit/tax deliverables.

Minimum Requirements

·     Bachelor’s degree inAccounting, Finance, or a related discipline

·     Minimum 5 years of relevantexperience in finance/accounting, preferably with exposure to multi-entity orinternational coordination.

·     Strong understanding ofSingapore statutory and tax requirements; cross-border accounting exposure toJapan, Australia, and Vietnam is advantageous.

·      Fluency in Japanese is required

·     Familiarity with IFRS orinternational financial reporting standards.

·     Strong attention to detail withthe ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

·     Proficient in Microsoft Exceland Xero accounting software is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with large corporate clients, understanding their unique financial needs and providing tailored banking solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in corporate banking
• Proven track record of building and managing relationships with large corporate clients, exceeding revenue targets, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Strong knowledge of corporate banking products and services, including lending, cash management, trade finance, and treasury solutions.
• Excellent credit assessment and risk management skills, with a thorough understanding of credit policies, underwriting standards, and regulatory requirements.

The Corporate eServices team supports the BusinessInternet Banking and other eServices Setup & Maintenance for UOBSingapore’s Corporatecustomers.        

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Plan, Review and Execute the business directions, goals and strategies of the team.
• Represent the team in meetings with Management and Business Partners.

• Investigate any discrepancies, exceptions and non-compliance, and raise to the Risks & Control Lead and Division Head promptly of any unusual or exceptional activities.
