1. Operasi Kaunter & Khidmat Pelanggan

• Melayani pertanyaan ahli dan pelanggan dengan profesional dan sopan.
• Mengendalikan pendaftaran keahlian, pembaharuan dan permintaan berkaitan akaun.

Job Description

1. Handle data entry, verification, and filing of warehouse inbound and outbound documents for raw materials and finished goods.
2. Maintain and update inventory records in ERP/WMS systems accurately and timely.
3. Assist in daily, monthly, and annual stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and prepare inventory reports.

What You’ll Be Doing：

Sourcing

• Lead new supplier sourcing, evaluation, audit, and onboarding processes
• Negotiate contracts with key and strategic suppliers, and establish long-term, trust-based partnerships

Position Overview：

As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as a key communication bridge between our Malaysia team and U.S. retail customers as well as the U.S. sales team.
