·        Diploma in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

·        2–3years of experience in crewing, maritime operations, or a related role.

·        Good understanding of international maritime regulations, including the STCW Convention.

·        Familiarity with Singapore maritime regulations and MPA requirements.

·        Proficiency in Malay is an advantage due to crew demographics.

·        Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong relationship-building capability.

·        High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using digital systems and databases.

·        Proactive team player with strong problem-solving skills and a professional work ethic.
