• Respond promptly to customer enquiries with accurate technical and commercial information
• Prepare and deliver precise sales quotations and documentation
• Assist outdoor sales staff with administrative tasks and logistics coordination
• Follow up on leads and orders to help achieve sales targets
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high service standards

Outdoor Sales Engineer:

• Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
• Follow up on sales leads and on-going orders, contributing to achieving sales targets
• Assist indoor sales team with on-site support and logistics
• Build and maintain positive client relationships through professional communication
• Represent the company during customer visits, presentations, and demonstrations

Both Roles:

Preferred Competencies and Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant working experience, or willingness to learn and grow in the role
