Overview of the role

Your role :

Fundraisings

• In conjunction with the Head of Investor Relations and top management, support the strategizing, planning, and execution of fundraisings, including market analysis, preparation of all fund marketing materials (including VDR, pitch decks, PPM, DDQ, etc.), and legal and fund structuring and partnership-formation with various providers.
• Proactively expand the firm's network of global investor relationships, directly as well as by enabling the firm leadership, to bring a constant focus on deepening existing investor relationships as well as identifying and cultivating prospective new investor relationships.
• Promote the continual articulation of the story of the firm's unique team, strategy, performance and impact to the investor community; attend key investor conferences and events, and be an articulate spokesperson for the firm, exemplifying its values and vision.

IR Operations

The Opportunity

KOMODO is seeking a Senior Networking Engineer based in Tokyo to join the team working on Nanos, a competitive PvP action game currently in early prototyping.

In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the game’s networking architecture. You will ensure that multiplayer systems are responsive, stable, and optimized for fast-paced online PvP gameplay. This includes handling client-server replication, matchmaking, lag compensation, prediction systems, and networking performance optimization.

You will work closely with gameplay engineers and designers to align networking systems with gameplay mechanics and deliver a smooth, high-quality online experience. As a senior member of the team, you will provide technical leadership, define networking standards, and mentor other engineers to help grow the team’s capabilities.

A successful candidate combines deep experience in multiplayer networking with strong Unreal Engine skills, a practical understanding of latency and replication challenges, and the ability to translate design requirements into robust online systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of networking systems for a multiplayer PvP game

The Opportunity

KOMODO is looking for a UI Artist based in Tokyo to join the team working on Nanos, the codename for a competitive PvP action game currently in development.

In this role, you will design and create visually compelling UI assets that help define the look and feel of the game. You will work on all aspects of UI design, including HUDs, menus, icons, typography, and visual systems. Your work will help ensure that the game is not only visually striking but also clean, readable, and engaging for players.

You will collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and artists, iterating on your work based on feedback and playtesting. As an early member of the team, you will own and define UI standards, workflows, and visual guidelines to support the game as it moves toward full production.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

KOMODO is seeking an experienced Senior Gameplay Engineer to join the core team behind Nanos, a competitive PvP action game currently in early prototyping.

In this role, you will take ownership of key gameplay systems that define combat feel, responsiveness, and moment-to-moment player experience. This includes designing and implementing controls, ability systems, match flow, and core gameplay architecture. You will work closely with designers, artists, and other engineers to translate creative direction into robust, scalable, and high-performance gameplay systems.

As a senior member of the game engineering team, you will play a critical role in technical decision-making, system architecture, and setting engineering standards as the project moves toward full production. You will help mentor other engineers, contribute to best practices, and proactively identify risks and opportunities to improve both gameplay quality and development efficiency.

A successful candidate brings deep experience building gameplay systems for action-oriented or competitive games, a strong sense of player feel, and the ability to balance creative iteration with long-term technical health. You are comfortable taking initiative, solving complex problems, and collaborating across disciplines to deliver polished gameplay experiences.

This includes producing polished idle animations and character select animations for 3D character models. Your work will play an important role in establishing the visual identity and presentation of characters early in development.

You will collaborate closely with designers and gameplay engineers, iterating on animations based on feedback and playtesting. As an early member of the team, you will also help define animation standards and workflows that will support the project as it moves into full production.

A successful candidate has a strong eye for motion, timing, and character expression, and enjoys refining animations through iteration. You are comfortable working in a collaborative environment and contributing to a growing game from an early stage.

The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for owning and growing a defined set of strategic enterprise accounts and/or named prospects. You will lead complex, multi-year sales cycles involving multiple buying centers (IT, OT, Operations, Engineering, Finance) and orchestrate internal teams and partners to deliver differentiated, value-based solutions.

This is a highly consultative role for sellers who understand industrial environments, thrive in complexity, and excel at building durable executive relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Ownership & Planning

• Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts and/or named prospects, with full responsibility for revenue, pipeline, and long-term account growth.
• Develop and execute multi-year account plans aligned to customer business priorities, modernization roadmaps, and Velotic’s platform strategy.
• Identify land-and-expand opportunities across connectivity, MES/MOM, analytics, and application enablement.

Executive & Stakeholder Engagement
