What you will do:

• Deliver outstanding technical support via chats and emails, phone calls;

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Own and manage Cricut’s marketplace operations across Asia, including Shopee, Lazada,
Amazon, and Rakuten
• Drive revenue growth through optimization of product listings, pricing, promotions, and
assortment
• Execute and optimize marketplace campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, flash sales, bundles,
vouchers)
• Manage and scale marketplace advertising, including campaign setup, keyword strategy, bid
optimization, and ROAS improvement
• Optimize PDPs (titles, keywords, images, and content) to improve search visibility and
conversion rates
• Build best practices and playbooks to standardize execution across markets
• Partner with in-market teams to localize content, keywords, and campaigns for non-English

Responsible to audit and verify all revenue transactions, record them and prepare daily and monthly sales and other reports for management according to hotel policies and procedures.

Prepares the Daily Revenue Report for management on a timely basis

Check revenue documents and verify against revenue sheets

Check and Review Guest Check, Folios, Vouchers, and other related supporting documents submitted by Outlets, Front Office and other operating departments as to its completeness and correctness of entries as reflected in the detailed journal report of the Opera cloud

Ensure that credit card postings and payments are reconciled

Upload Opera Cloud reports to Sun System daily.

Monitors issuance of Official Receipts and ensures that it is used in sequence and lost and void receipts are reported.

THIS ROLE 

An entry-level accounting position responsible for delivering basic fund accounting services under supervision.
