To act as an integral part of the new business client on-boarding and the ongoing monitoring of processing client due diligence (CDD).

Support the CDD and Onboarding team with the execution of onboarding new business completion and collation of new business packs and undertaking ad-hoc searches and processing of CDD to ensure up to date information is held on clients in core systems.

What you'll do

• You’ll manage end‑to‑end new business onboarding by scheduling NBAC/Discovery meetings within 24 hours, preparing NBAC packs ahead of meetings, maintaining trackers, and drafting accurate meeting notes within 3–5 hours post‑meeting.

• Apply legal skills to take responsibility for managing the legal work and legal risks across the business.
