Qualifications and Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, majoring in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Engineering, Languages, or related fields.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commodity trading.

• Prior experience as a local representative is preferred, along with previous exposure to working with Chinese state-owned enterprises (SOEs).

Skills:

• Strategic planning, financial analysis, and commercial negotiation capabilities.

• Leadership, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.

• Problem-solving ability.

• High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and resilience.

Languages:

• Must be fluent in English.
