Our Products

We manufacture parts from a wide range of materials including stainless steel, carbon steel, silicon steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, copper & brass, phosphorus bronze, beryllium copper, and polyester film. Material thicknesses range from 0.04mm to 2.30mm and above.

Production

We utilize the advanced technology to streamline precision metal stamping processes and achieve our goal of zero defects. Our press capacity ranges from 30 to 300 tons. We also provide secondary operations including deburring, tapping, cleaning, and spray painting. We also have approved vendors for the heat treating and plating process.

Jasa Export Transit Warehouse (JET) was set up on 8th February 1982 in Port Klang. With more than 40 years of experience in warehousing, cargo handling, planning and supervising of deliveries, today we rank amongst the leading locally-owned warehousing companies in Malaysia. In 1983, Jasa Export Freight Forwarding Sdn Bhd (JEFF) was established to handle customs documentation, supervision and clearance of cargo at the port, transportation, warehousing and freight arrangement. Jasa Transit Warehouse Sdn Bhd (JTW) and B.R. Muda Corporation Sdn Bhd (BRM) were incorporated in 1983 and 1989 respectively as holding companies and owners of our 5 well-designed spacious warehouses in Port Klang, with a total area of more than 400,000 square feet. Pek Yen Enterprise Sdn Bhd was subsequently set up to provide insurance agency services and labour supply while Kok Chye Hock Plywood & Wood Products Sdn Bhd was established as a trading company for wood products and plywood and pallet rental. In 2008, we started our container haulage services in order to provide timely and efficient delivery of containers for exports and imports for our clients. Back then we were known as Soon Loy Engineering and our main business activity was in the fabrication and installation of Sheet Metal Ducts and Chilled Water Piping for the Centralized Air-Conditioning System. Over the years this set-up has served us extremely well and we have completed numerous jobs ranging from commercial office buildings, shopping malls, factory complexes and hospitals. Listed below are some of our satisfied customers. As an ACMV Contractor, we still maintain a fairly well equipped Ducting Manufacturing Facility complete with a Cut-to-Length Coil Line, Plasma Cutter for the Duct Fittings, Longitudinal Roll-Formers and a Transverse Duct Connection Roll-former.

With this facility, we are in a better position to control the production and quality of our ductwork and we can confidently secure jobs and honour our commitment with confidence.
