Project Manager

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Project Manager to join the team. As our Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to guide the successful completion of construction projects
• Coordinating and supervising the work of contractors, subcontractors, and construction crews to ensure efficient and effective project delivery
• Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions as needed
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the construction process
• Collaborating with the design team, clients, and other stakeholders to address any issues or changes that may arise during the project
• Providing strong leadership and mentorship to the construction team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and quality

What we're looking for

• Minimum 05 years of experience as a Project Manager in Construction Industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects within the specified time, budget, and quality parameters
• Excellent understanding of construction materials, methods, and technologies, as well as relevant building codes and regulations
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Relevant degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Relevant experience in Aluminium and Glazing Works
