• Exposure to infrastructure solutions and concepts such as scalable architecture, queuing mechanisms, stateless servers, Kubernetes, ci/cd pipelines, A/B & canary releases, production deployment methodologies.

What we look for in a candidate: 

• Crypto native with strong understanding of Cloud/dev Ops and system architecture

• Web 3 and Cloud service business experience 

• Ability to lead and manage individuals and teams within the business (Stakeholder management)

• Create and manage the technology budget, optimizing resource allocation

• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders

• Proven technical experience in Web 3

• Ownership and initiative
