Salary: $1900 - $2600

Location: Queenstown

Working Hours: 3 rotating shifts

Morning: 8am end between 4pm to 6pm
Afternoon: start between 11am to 1pm and end between 7pm to 9pm
Night: 8pm to 8am

Job Scope:

• Provide general patient care including hygiene support, assisted bathing, feeding, mobility assistance, and responding to patients’ needs
• Assist in clinical procedures such as monitoring vital signs, conducting basic tests (ECG, blood glucose), specimen collection, and supporting nursing/medical procedures
• Support patient admissions, discharges, and transfers, including documentation, coordination, and patient orientation
• Manage patient interactions and ward coordination, including handling calls, visitor management, and communication with departments and next-of-kin
• Perform administrative and clerical duties such as maintaining medical records, updating patient information, and coordinating logistics and supplies
• Ensure smooth ward operations through inventory management, portering, housekeeping, safety checks, and participation in process improvement initiatives

Customer Operations Associate / Specialist

The Role

• We’re looking for a Customer Operations Associate to be the voice of our customers. This is not a traditional support role—you’ll blend customer success, content creation, and process improvement to help users get the most out of our product.
• If you love writing, enjoy problem-solving, and want a flexible, remote-friendly work environment, this role offers a unique entry point into tech without requiring a CS degree.

What You’ll Do

• Customer Communication: Craft thoughtful, on-brand responses to user inquiries across email, chat, and social channels
• Help Content: Write and maintain FAQs, tutorials, and knowledge base articles
• User Feedback Loop: Aggregate customer insights and share with Product/Engineering teams
• Process Building: Help design scalable workflows as we grow
• Quality Assurance: Spot patterns in user issues and proactively suggest fixes

About You

• Fresh graduate from NUS, NTU, or SMU (Class of 2025/2026)
• Degree in Literature, History, Political Science, Media, Psychology, or related social sciences
• Excellent written English—you enjoy crafting clear, empathetic, and persuasive messages
• Curious about tech and comfortable learning new software tools
• Self-motivated and thrive in flexible, low-supervision environments

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with customer support platforms (Zendesk, Intercom, Notion)
• Basic data literacy (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Side projects, blog writing, or campus publication experience
