• Uses his/her experience and knowledgeinteracting with key external medical and pharmacy professionals through theprocess of education via one-on-one interaction; small group discussion andsymposia lecture presentations including interactions associated with sponsoredmedical education programs and research protocols.

• Facilitates Thought Leaders’ (TL) involvement innational, regional and local educational forums including advisory boards,symposia and Continuing Medical Education (CMEs).

• Serves as an important partner to internalstakeholders within Bayer by communicating relevant information from TLs to keycross-functional partners
