• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, and related domains, with a strong background in manufacturing plant environments.
• Experience in PTC Kepware and Thingworx and use into GitLab/Hub as a CI/CD pipeline and experience with global releases in Git.
• Extensive hands-on expertise in tools such as OpenStack VM, VMware, Red Hat OSV and CAAS infrastructure.
• Experience in creation and managing CAAS i.e hosts, deploys, and scales containers and applications through APIs, virtualization, or portals.
• Deep experience, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps toolchains.
• Strong expertise in database high availability technologies, including PostgreSQL, Influx DB and other databases including migration, and modernization from legacy systems to cloud-native environments.
• Performance monitoring and optimization to ensure scalability and efficiency.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes, OpenShift, Containers, and Cloud-Native architectures.
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS) and hybrid/multi-cloud strategies.

Your Mission

This position will be responsible as a key expert in automated manufacturing capabilities. The individual will collaborate closely with automation engineers to leverage technology that improves, streamlines, and automates the manufacturing process. Responsibilities include planning, implementing, and monitoring these technological solutions.

• Connect and collaborate with teams from other regions of the world to share best practices and global standards definitions.

[Technology Roadmap Development]

• Lead automation OT roadmap innovation discussions and can benchmark innovative emerging OT automation technologies
• Management of activities related to OT and automation.
• Management of the execution of the necessary actions with the operating units.
• Map and development of local and regional vendors to support implementation process
• Definitions related to the infrastructure and architecture of networks together with other areas of the company, aiming at the segregation between IT and OT networks.
• Integration and data communication between the most diverse layers of the network, following applicable cybersecurity protocols.
• Explore and implement new ways to automate systems
• Design and test automation equipment and processes
• Support in defining wireless OT network and communication protocols needed to ensure connectivity.
• Interaction with process historians, enabling communications and data for deeper analysis.
• Interaction with different communication protocols (Profibus, OPC UA and DA, Profinet, etc.).
• Support in monitoring projects involving ICS and Industry 4.0 update.
• Work together with industrial and IT teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

• Manage and coordinate the preparation and submission of financing-related documentation to banks and financial institutions.

• Oversee end-to-end corporate financing processes, including financing structure alignment, application materials preparation, and approval of progress tracking.

• Monitor the disbursement of financing proceeds and maintain standardized financing ledgers.

• Assist in financing cost control, risk management, and repayment planning.

• Prepare regular reports on financing progress, key issues, and improvement recommendations to the Deputy CFO.

• Ensure stable funding support to meet the company’s operational and project development needs.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, International Trade, or related fields.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in corporate finance, banking, cross-border financing, or project finance.

• Familiarity with cross-border financing procedures, financial market practices, and relevant regulations is a strong plus.

• Candidates with proven track records in completed overseas financing projects are highly preferred.

• Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Added advantage: Knowledge of financing products (syndicated loans, project finance, etc.) and negotiation capabilities.
