Responsibility :

• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair services for facilities and business operations.

• Receive and manage work orders, coordinating tasks according to schedules assigned by the cluster supervisor.

• Maintain and service facility electrical, mechanical systems, and equipment.

• Repair electric motors, controllers, and other related electrical components.

• Install wiring and electrical equipment, interpreting technical drawings and diagrams to determine layout and specifications.

• Isolate, dismantle, repair, and reassemble electrical equipment, ensuring proper testing and functionality.

• Inspect, maintain, and repair lighting systems.

• Monitor inventory levels and requisition materials to ensure adequate stock availability.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.

• Support maintenance and troubleshooting of CCTV cabling systems, identifying and resolving faults or damages.

• Estimate time, materials, and resources required for assigned work orders.
  

Requirement :

• Min Nitec/ Higher Nitec in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

• To assist in the collection of waste from clients’ premises.
• To assist in the unloading, segregation and storage of the Waste.
• In discharging the above duties, to adhere to all Plant Safety Rules and to observe safe work practices.

Job Requirements:

• Possess Class 4/5 driving license (Good record)
• With prime mover, vacuum truck or flatbed experience preferred.

Responsibilities
IOR/EOR Operations & Documentation:

• Assist in pricing, coordinating and managing the end-to-end IOR/EOR process for global shipments.
• Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to facilitate smooth clearance and delivery of goods.
• Verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain accurate and organised records of all shipments, customs entries, and compliance-related documentation.
• Assist with the preparation of import/export permits, declarations, and other required trade documents.

Agent Communication, Sourcing & Pricing:

• Collaborate with agents to gather required information and ensure compliance with local regulations. 
• Support pricing discussions and negotiations with partners to achieve competitive and sustainable rates.
• Identify and source new overseas agents or service partners when required to support operational and pricing needs.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with existing and new partners.

Regulatory Trade & Compliance:

• Stay updated on customs regulations and trade policies in various countries.

Problem Resolution & Ad-hoc:

Job Requirements:
