• Negotiate with medical device and consumable vendors to secure favorable pricing and reliable lead times. Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure quality and delivery standards.
• Act as a bridge between the procurement department and clinical/nursing staff/department to streamline stock requests and resolve invoice or delivery discrepancies.
• Assist project owner with the end-to-end tendering process. Request of proposal (RFP) of Invitation to Tender (ITT). Develop and standardize evaluation matrices, ensuring that both technical clinical requirements and commercial factors are objectively weighted. Ensure all tender activities adhere to internal SOPs and governance frameworks. Support the transition from physical submissions to digital tendering platforms to enhance transparency and efficiency.
• Work closely with finance colleagues to oversee the overall finance cost/impact and inventory expenses in procurement. This includes working with finance colleagues to propose areas of improvement, reviewing audit findings, co-managing the Business Central system to ensure work and financial efficiencies.
• Focus on providing good service to internal stakeholders, by engaging and collaborating with them to better understand their work needs and to offer value-for-money viable or alternate products and services when required or necessary to. Focus on working with both internal stakeholders and external partners/vendors to improve on and implement areas of improvement in terms of services, processes and projects.

Requirements:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years in Healthcare Procurement, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or senior capacity.

Position Overview:

The Purchasing Manager and Cost Controller is responsible for scheduling and organizing purchasing strategies in line with organization, objectives, monitor the procurement process. • Create inventory template and send notification email to users on the inventory schedule, closure of store & issuing timing
• Print out the hard copy count sheet by respective outlets and distribute to users on a day before inventory conducted
• Perform monthly store inventory; check and rectify with users on the stock level after physical inventory conducted
• Tabulate C7 transfer summary and submitted to Finance for closing.
• Email the outlets beverage cost report for comparison view.
• Analyze on the reason of high cost, provide necessary reports and supporting documents
• Review of the store slow moving items and highlighted to Chef/ F&B to propose of moving out from store for more effective manning

Manage Team

About The Role 

We are looking for a Manager, Procurement (Contracts and Tender) to play a pivotal role in driving strategic sourcing and commercial value across our Facilities Management, FM services and projects.

In this role, you will go beyond operational procurement — partnering with stakeholders to optimise costs, enhance supplier performance, and deliver impactful procurement outcomes that directly contribute to business performance. What You Will Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end procurement activities across categories, including category planning, spend analysis, and sourcing strategies
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective procurement solutions across FM services and projects
• Build and manage strong supplier / vendor relationships, including evaluation, onboarding, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Drive cost savings and improvement initiatives through strategic sourcing, pricing analysis, and commercial negotiations
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement outcomes
• Drive tender processes (RFI, RFQ, RFP), including preparing documentation, managing timelines, conducting tender interviews, and evaluating vendors and award recommendations
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies and government tender processes, maintaining proper audit trails
• Lead contract negotiations and lifecycle management, ensuring favourable terms, risk mitigation, and compliance
• Analyse pricing structures and total cost of ownership (TCO) to support data-driven decision-making
• Monitor supplier performance against KPIs and SLAs, addressing gaps and risks proactively

We’re Looking For Someone Who’s

• At least 5 years of experience in procurement, with exposure to category, vendor, and tender management
• Strong commercial mindset with experience in cost savings and negotiations
• Familiar with government tender processes and procurement compliance requirements, including GeBIZ and other e-tendering platforms
• Experience in Facilities Management or project-based environments is a plus
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Lead daily store operations and manpower planning to achieve operational targets and business goals

Requirements:

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and driving excellence in our retail environment. The successful candidate will be a results-oriented leader capable of motivating the team to meet sales targets while ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

You will play a critical role in inventory management, cost control, and maintaining high operational standards. This role requires a high degree of commitment and flexibility, including the ability to work across various shift patterns to support the business during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Support the Store Manager in the overall management of daily operations to ensure the store runs efficiently and profitably.

• Sales Performance: Assist in driving the team to achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Monitor sales trends and proactively identify opportunities for growth.

• Customer Excellence: Lead by example in providing efficient, fast, and helpful service. Handle customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism and a "customer-first" mindset.

• Merchandising & Inventory: Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store. Manage stock levels, including ordering, receiving, and performing regular inventory controls.

• Quality Control: Stringently monitor product expiry dates and ensure proper product display according to company merchandising standards.

• Supply Chain Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and delivery teams to ensure timely replenishment and accurate stock arrivals.

• Cost Management: Assist in controlling operational costs and minimizing wastage to ensure maximum store profitability.

Job Requirements

• Shift Flexibility (Crucial): Must be fully committed to a flexible roster. This includes the ability to work three rotating shifts, as well as regular attendance on weekends and Public Holidays (PH).

• Experience: Proven experience in retail operations or a supervisory role is preferred.

• Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with both internal teams and external suppliers.

• Attributes: A proactive "can-do" attitude, physically fit for stock replenishment duties, and a keen eye for detail regarding inventory and cleanliness.
