Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage inventory levels to support customer demand and business needs

Main areas of focus and accountability of the role

1 Inventory Control & Accuracy

· Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ensure alignment with physical stock.

· Conduct daily cycle counts, weekly checks, and full physical stock takes.

1. Solar Equipment Logistics & Warehouse Operations

• Coordinate and manage incoming and outgoing shipments of solar panels, inverters, mounting systems, cables, and related equipment.
• Perform receiving, checking, sorting, packing, labelling, and dispatch of materials.
• Assist in picking and packing of project materials according to operational requirements.

4. Administrative Duties

• Perform general administrative duties related to logistics and operations activities, including scheduling, permit documentation, and delivery coordination.

5. General

• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company from time to time.

• Manage and implement preventive maintenance programs for key infrastructure systems, including ACMV,M&E services, BMS, Security Access Control, Cleaning & Pest Control, Lands capping, and General Building Services, to ensure optimal performance and lifespan

• Ensure all functions operate within a safe workplace and adhere to company safe ty policies and procedures.

• Manage the day‑to‑day operation of the facility, ensuring all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) are working properly.
