Overall responsibility for all construction activities with respect to performance, procedure, and making recommendations to project managers for improvements and corrective actions.

Manage contractors with a focus on quality, compliance with engineering drawings; applicable code and standards, and construction schedule and cost.

Interface and coordinate with engineering supporting construction activities.

Assist in developing and implementing corporate construction policies that support project construction.

Oversee the effective management of project activities to assure timely delivery and low wastage.

Manage and lead a group of engineers.

Co-ordination with other departments on issues affecting project works.

Liaise with government/statutory authorities, consultants, clients, suppliers etc.

Provide timely project progress reporting to management and attending project execution meetings with other managers.

Select, guide and develop a multicultural labour force & management team with construction responsibilities to ensure that the organization achieves it business objectives and complies with all relevant regulations and laws.

Ensuring quality assurance and iso standards are met on all construction related activities and ensure customer quality specifications are constantly met.

Allocate capital and human resources to maximize productivity.

Other ad-hoc duties required to carry out.

Requirements

Master or degree in engineering or equivalent, recognized universities under the BCA is a plus.

Minimum 7 years of experience in construction experience.

Experience in constructing jetty/pier/wharf.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Primavera and AutoCAD.

New Business Manager/Growth Manager

We are looking for a commercially savvy New Business Manager/Growth Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for originating, developing, and closing new revenue opportunities while ensuring a seamless handover to Operations. Reporting directly to the Head of Growth, you will own the sales process, manage a solid pipeline, and work closely with the management team to drive our next phase of expansion across APAC.

Role:

Revenue Generation & Pipeline Management

• Build and convert a qualified pipeline of new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and nurturing inbound leads.

Operational Alignment & Handover

• Ensure a structured and documented handover of signed contracts to the Operations team.

You:

• Experience: Approximately 8+ years of experience in an agency (advertising, digital, or creative), marketing services, or consultancy.
• Track Record: Proven success in closing mid-to-large scale retainers and managing a full-funnel sales cycle.
• Network: An existing professional network within the Singapore and/or APAC marketing community, particularly in sectors like Technology, FMCG, or Financial Services.
• Commercial Acumen: Strong financial literacy with experience handling complex contracts, pricing models, and business reviews.

Senior Agile Project Manager

The Senior Agile Project Manager will provide the governance, delivery discipline, and cross-functional coordination required to execute GFS product modernization program successfully. With deep experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, you will oversee multiple concurrent delivery squads, manage stakeholder reporting, and ensure the program remains on track against committed roadmap milestones. You will play a critical role in standing up delivery governance structures, managing risks, resourcing/vendor oversight activities and procurement processes.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end program management for the GFS modernization initiative, coordinating across multiple concurrent delivery squads.
• Establish and maintain program governance structures: steering committee reporting, risk registers, issue logs, and decision registers, published to Confluence.
• Work with Product team to ensure sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives across Agile squads; ensure squad velocity is tracked and impediments are escalated and resolved promptly.
• Apply Project Management rigour for fixed-scope workstreams: milestone planning, dependency mapping, critical path analysis, and formal sign-off gates.
• Manage the program budget, resource planning, and onboarding of new hires and contractors.
• Manage relationships with the executive steering committee, providing concise program status updates, escalations, and budget approvals.
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across product, engineering, professional services, InfoSec teams — ensuring blockers are surfaced and resolved.
• Support Product team to maintain the overall Roadmap including Modernization deliveries as living documents, communicating changes clearly to all stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with InfoSec and regulatory requirements in the finance industry.

Skills we’re looking for

• Extensive experience of project/program management experience, including managing complex technology delivery programs in banking, fintech, or financial crime/fraud detection.
• A certified Agile practitioner (SAFe, CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent) with demonstrable experience running multi-squad Agile delivery programs at scale is a major plus.
• Proven experience applying Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies for regulated or compliance-driven workstreams, including formal governance gates and audit trails.
• Experience managing programs involving both cloud-hosted/SaaS product delivery and on-premises customer deployments simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Agile tooling: Jira (advanced), Confluence, and program-level tracking tools (MS Project, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with software architecture concepts (microservices, cloud-native, APIs) sufficient to engage credibly with engineering leads and the ARC.
• Experience managing third-party vendor/partner delivery within a blended delivery model (staff augmentation, nearshore/offshore).
• Working knowledge of compliance and security frameworks relevant to banking SaaS: PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 1/2/3, PDPA/GDPR.
• Financial management capability: program budget tracking, resource costing.
• Familiarity with change management and organisational transformation practices relevant to a team undergoing significant modernization.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills — able to navigate complex organisational dynamics from C-suite to engineering squad level.
