Job Summary

Group Internal Audit (GIA) is seeking a high-calibre Senior Audit Manager to join our Third Parties and Operational Risk team. This is a key leadership role within a global audit function, offering exposure to both Group-level and Country-level audits across a complex and evolving risk landscape.

The role is ideal for candidates with strong expertise in Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), Source-to-Pay processes, or a solid understanding of Second Line Operational Risk frameworks, including regulatory expectations such as BCBS 515 – Sound Principles for Operational Risk Management.

Key Responsibilities

Third Party Risk Management (TPRM)

The Bank relies on a diverse ecosystem of third-party providers to deliver critical services. These relationships vary in complexity and risk, and must be managed effectively across the full lifecycle:

• Sourcing and vendor selection

• Onboarding and risk assessment

• Ongoing vendor management and monitoring

• Contractual oversight and exit management

You will assess whether these processes are aligned to risk appetite and regulatory expectations, including outsourcing and third-party risk regulations across jurisdictions.

Operational Risk Management

Operational Risk is inherent in all aspects of the Bank’s activities. You will evaluate the effectiveness of the Second Line of Defence (2LoD) in providing oversight and challenge to the business:

• Risk Framework Owners (for Principal Risk Types)

• Subject Matter Experts (for Operational Risk sub-types)

• Operational Risk Officers with cross-risk oversight

The role includes assessing whether 2LoD activities provide robust independent review, governance, and challenge to the First Line of Defence (1LoD), in line with regulatory expectations.

Reporting to the APAC Business Controls and Technical Accounting Senior Manager, the APAC Associate Manager, Revenue COE will play an instrumental role in shaping and operationalizing the Revenue Center of Excellence (COE) for APAC region. This role will support the development of the COE’s structure and framework, with the objective of centralizing revenue-related expertise, driving process standardization, and enabling scalability across APAC. ABOUT THE ROLE  

The assistant manager is responsible for overseeing and delivering high-quality real estate property and fund accounting services across complex holding structures, including SPVs, property companies (PropCos), and holding companies (HoldCos). The role has strong accountability for reviewing, approving, and making judgment-based decisions on property- and fund-level accounting treatments, estimates, and financial reporting outcomes. Acting as a senior reviewer and escalation point, the assistant manager ensures accuracy, compliance, and consistency across NAVs, property financials, management accounts, statutory reporting, and audit deliverables, while coordinating closely with fund managers, asset managers, administrators, auditors, and tax advisors.

Key Responsibilities:
