A DAY IN A LIFE

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

• Assist in preparing, organising, and maintaining audit-ready documentation
• Support the development and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Ensure business processes are clearly documented, structured, and consistently maintained
• Identify gaps, missing records, or inconsistencies in documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather required supporting evidence and information
• Maintain proper version control and accuracy of all process documentation
• Support internal audit preparation activities and documentation checks
• Help standardise templates and documentation formats across teams
• Convert unstructured workflows into clear, step-by-step process documents

Main Responsibilities (Project 1) : 3PL Partnership Audit

1. Audit Documentation Management

• Collate, scan, and index all official correspondence (emails/letters) related to the audit.

2. Audit Calendar & Logistics

• Schedule and send reminders for audit team meetings and follow-up sessions with 3PL stakeholders.

3. NCR and Finding Log Admin

• Transfer handwritten/initial audit findings (Non-Conformance Reports - NCRs) into the master digital log.

Main Responsibilities (Project 2) : Integrated Management System (IMS) (ISO 9001, 45001, 14001)

1. Calendar Management

• Ensure manage calendar for all matters related IMS discussion.

2. Records Retention Tracking

• Conduct housekeeping of records, ensuring retention periods for QA/Safety/Environment records are tracked and met.

3. Compliance Register Admin

• Assist in updating the master list.

Main Responsibilities (Project 3) : CTO Audit

1. Audit Records Housekeeping

• Responsible for the end-to-end documentation management of all audit records: collating, scanning, and indexing the audit report, audit notification, audit evidence (site visit photos, checklists), and follow-up communication.

2. Calendar Management

• Manage the official audit calendar, scheduling key meetings, site visits, follow-up reviews, and internal prep sessions, ensuring zero conflicts.

3. Evidence Traceability

• Create and maintain a simplified matrix linking specific audit findings to the corresponding piece of stored evidence (e.g., linking a finding to a specific file path and document version).

Qualifications :

These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role :

• Pursuing or completed a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Quality Management, or a field with a strong data/IT component.
• Proficiency in Google Office, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), Intermediate-level Excel, strong organizational skills, and excellent attention to detail.
• Available for a minimum internship period of 6 months (6–12 months preferred).
• Good written and spoken English proficiency.
• Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and work ethic.
• Willingness to learn and follow structured procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple basic tasks and timelines effectively.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

As an air operation agent, you will be responsible for accepting bookings from internal & external customers, ensuring they have complete and compliant documentation for the import or export of goods.  You will have the autonomy to provide exceptional customer service both internally and externally while applying the company standards and processes to effectively complete import & export requirements.

• Customer Service: You will be responsible for communicating effectively with customers and to ensure a compliant and complete shipment process in a timely manner, documenting customer needs for future use. 
• Operational Excellence: You will take ownership of understanding and complying with Expeditors internal process standards, to complete timely, accurate and compliant documentations, customer billings and system updates.
• Service Provider Relationships: As an operation agent you will build strong partnerships with Service Providers including Airlines, Terminal operators and Trucking companies to ensure your client is serviced to a high level.

Job Description

• Primarily working on tarmac looking after customers and Into Plane Fuelling
• Driving fuel dispensers (including Heavy Rigid vehicles).
• Performing, monitoring and testing fuel and fuelling equipment

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Laboratory Manager to lead the efficient operation of our Environmental laboratory at Perth Airport, ensuring client turnaround times, quality, and safety KPIs are consistently met. This is a key leadership role that combines operational management, staff development, and strategic planning to drive laboratory performance.

What you will do:

• Manage laboratory operations to meet budget targets, controlling operational costs effectively.
• Ensure client results are delivered on time in accordance with national KPIs.
• Plan and organise production schedules, including work and task allocation.
• Ensure all results reported to clients are accurate and advise the client services team if deadlines cannot be met.
• Collaborate with the client services team to deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients.
• Maintain the highest quality standards, ensuring the laboratory remains compliant with ISO 17025 requirements.
• Oversee daily laboratory production by coordinating with section team leaders to meet turnaround times.
• Implement operational improvements to enhance laboratory performance, including introducing new services where needed.

• Participate actively in quality system processes, including calibrations and internal audits.
