You will work collaboratively with operations, maintenance and product quality teams to ensure terminal activities are completed safely, compliantly and efficiently.
Depending on your experience, you will receive training or bring capability across a broad range of terminal operations. This role provides exposure to key operational, maintenance and HSSE activities and offers a strong foundation for progression into Senior Terminal Operator, Gantry Supervisor and Terminal Controller roles.

- Supervise Tanker Drivers for gantry product loading (assist with inductions, assessing competence and conduct vehicle inspections).
- Providing safe access to plant and equipment through work clearances, gas testing, permits and isolations
- Complete routine operational observations within the terminal (including tank water draining, bund surveillance, gantry surveillance, pipeline and pump surveillance, fire system surveillance, and operational functionality testing).
- Supporting asset management activities, including
- Assisting with preventative, reactive and follow‑on maintenance work orders
- Using the JDE maintenance management system in line with regulations, standards and codes of practice
- Assisting with maintenance and project work, including transitions between operational and project activities
- Maintaining housekeeping standards across operational and site areas
- Conducting ad hoc audits and engaging with drivers and fleet operators to support safe and compliant operations
- Participating in HSSE activities, including audits, emergency response, assurance activities and work insights.
- Comfortable working a rotating 12‑hour shift roster (6:00am–6:00pm and 6:00pm–6:00am) as part of a flexible and dynamic work environment.
