Position Summary

The Key Account & Sales Manager is responsible for managing strategic customer relationships, driving revenue growth, securing new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful execution of customer projects from onboarding through commercialization.

The role focuses on growing existing key accounts while identifying and developing new opportunities in foodservice, retail, hospitality, airline catering, convenience stores, chain restaurants, distributors and OEM manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities

1. Key Account Management

• Manage and develop relationships with assigned key accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Conduct regular business reviews with customers.
• Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities for product expansion.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor customer performance, sales trends and growth opportunities.

2. Business Development & Sales

• Identify and acquire new customers for OEM manufacturing and branded products.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Build a robust sales pipeline and maintain CRM records.
• Attend industry exhibitions, networking events and customer meetings.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare sales forecasts and business plans.

3. Project Commercialisation

• Coordinate with R&D, Production, Procurement, QA and Logistics teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Manage customer onboarding and commercialization timelines.
• Follow up on product development projects and customer approvals.
• Monitor launch performance and customer feedback.

4. Pricing & Contract Management

• Prepare quotations, pricing proposals and commercial agreements.
• Negotiate pricing, supply agreements and annual contracts.
• Monitor product profitability and recommend price adjustments where required.
• Support contract renewals and customer tenders.

5. Forecasting & Demand Planning

• Obtain customer forecasts and monitor demand trends.
• Coordinate with production planning teams to ensure supply continuity.
• Manage inventory-related discussions with customers.
• Support annual budgeting and sales forecasting exercises.

6. Reporting & Administration

• Prepare weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.
• Track KPIs and account performance.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to management.

-Responsible for pre and post contract documentation.

-Responsible for taking off measurement and preparation of tender submission.

-Responsible for handling running project.

-Assist and perform all tasks assigned by respective superior.

-Prepare materials take off for procurement and production

-Evaluation and certification of subcontractor's progress payments and variation claims (include any deduction to be made).

-Involve in project budgeting, finalisation of account with subcontractors and client

-Preparation of monthly progress claim to Consultant.

-Preparation of variation orders for submission

-Able to work independently & Systematic

-Willing to learn attitude with good communication skills

-Proactive, meticulous and able to meet tight deadlines

• Diploma/Degree in Quantitative Surveying or related area

• Total work experience: 2+ years for experience in quantity surveying

• Total relevant experience: 2+ years for experience in quantity surveying

Job Summary

We are a GP clinic seeking a Assistant / Deputy Clinic Manager to lead daily operations, support clinical and administrative tasks, manage patient feedback, oversee claims and payments, and drive staff training and marketing initiatives across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and service quality
• Perform clinic assistant duties including patient registration, medication dispensing, payment collection, claims submission, and assisting doctors during clinical procedures
• Manage patient feedback and resolve complaints related to operational and medical services
• Oversee insurance and government scheme claims processing, ensuring timely follow-up on rejected or returned claims
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding patient payments to maintain financial accuracy

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management Studies, or a related field

Team Leadership & Coordination

• Lead and supervise Production Teams.
• Assist in manpower planning, shift scheduling, and task allocation.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance guidance to improve team competency and discipline.
• Act as the Operations Manager's representative when required.

Inventory & Asset Control

• Monitor inventory levels of critical spares, work-in-progress, and finished jobs.
• Ensure secure handling, storage, and movement of high-value materials.
• Coordinate with logistics for material receipt, shipment and documentation accuracy.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Prepare and review operational, safety, and production reports.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve recovery rates, reduce losses, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Review and update SOPs and work instructions as required.

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Safety-related certifications are an advantage.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Manufacturing industry.
