Key Responsibilities:
1.Brand Strategy and International Promotion
Develop and implement the company’s international branding strategy and annual promotion plan for Singapore and Southeast Asia. Lead brand positioning, messaging development, and the establishment and management of the company’s international brand image.
2.Market Research and Planning
Conduct in-depth analysis of the competitive landscape, customer needs, and regulatory environment in Singapore and target international markets, including Asia and Europe, to support market entry and product promotion decisions. Plan and lead both online and offline marketing activities, industry conference participation, and public relations initiatives.
3.Cross-Regional Collaboration
Serve as the central coordinator for brand internationalization, working closely with the marketing and commercial teams at the China headquarters to translate global brand strategies into practical execution plans, such as localized promotional materials and digital marketing content, and drive implementation.
4.Brand Asset Management
Monitor the company’s brand reputation in international markets, manage brand assets, evaluate the return on investment of marketing activities, and provide regular market analysis reports.
Qualifications:
1.Education
Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Biomedicine, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred.
2.Work Experience
At least 3 years of experience in brand management or marketing promotion, including at least 1 year focused on international market brand planning and operations. Experience in biopharmaceuticals, medical devices, or related B2B industries is preferred.
3.Core Competencies
Strong capabilities in brand strategy planning, market research, and omni-channel marketing campaign planning and execution. Excellent cross-cultural communication, coordination, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-regional teams. Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently prepare market analysis reports.
4.Language Skills
Excellent written and spoken Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate fluently with the China headquarters for reporting and project discussions, and to independently prepare English marketing materials. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mainstream market analysis tools is required.
