Content Planning
• Manage the monthly content calendar for two brands across all platforms
• Align post themes with campaign schedules provided by HC1
Copywriting
• Develop captions in both English and Chinese for all posts
• Adapt tone and messaging to suit each brand’s distinct voice (guidelines will be provided)
• Create campaign copy for promotions, seasonal menus, and events
Photography & Content Creation
• Visit outlets to capture food, ambience, and event content (mobile photography is acceptable)
• Coordinate with HC3 / Intern B on outlet access and shooting schedules
• Edit photos and short-form videos using Canva or CapCut
• Curate and organise user-generated content (UGC) for both brands
Publishing & Community Management
• Schedule and publish approved content across both brands
• Monitor comments daily and escalate items requiring responses to HC1
• Track follower growth and engagement on a weekly basis using the Content Tracker
Job Requirements
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a qualification in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
• Active on XHS and Instagram, with a strong understanding of content trends and performance drivers
• Proficient in written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Mobile photography and basic editing using CapCut or Canva
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage two brands without confusion
• Proactive and self-driven, with the initiative to suggest and create content independently
