Position Summary

We are looking for a results-driven and culturally adept Sales Executive to develop and manage key client relationships. Key Responsibilities

1. New Business Development:Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the target market.

2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers. Act as the primary point of contact for clients.

3. Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

5. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing of deals.

6. Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. Singapore citizen.

2. Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

3. Professional fluency in English and Mandarin is mandatory. This includes spoken and written communication for business negotiations and presentations.

4. Deep cultural understanding and familiarity with business etiquette in Singapore.

5. Experience in the heat shrinkable materials & new energy industrial products industry are strongly encouraged to apply.

6. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

7. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Job Description & Requirements

1. Actively explore business opportunities and identify new clients.
2. Preparing quotations, proposals, negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction.

4. Promote and prepare technical proposal for temporary generator power supply systems, HVAC or any related with Chiller & Cooling Tower to various industries.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering, Control Systems, Mechatronic Engineering or Instrumentation and Automation, Mechanical/ Automotive Engineering / Business Administration
2. Candidate without above qualifications but with good Electrical Power distribution and with experience HVAC knowledge or good customer contacts in the relevant fields may be considered.
3. Preferable with 3-5 years job experience in one of these industries: Marine Offshore, shipyard. Power Generation, M & E, Utilities.
4. Results oriented with good communications skills
5. Possess Class 3 Driving license and owning a vehicle

RESPONSIBILITIES

a)    Identify and develop new business opportunities in the asphalt premix market, targeting contractors, developers, and municipal projects

b)    Conduct detailed site visits and surveys to assess project scope for cost estimation

c)    Preparing competitive quotation based on the site survey.

d)    Following up served quotation closely to secure sales.

e)    Liaise with operations teams for site follow up and coordination with customer requirements.

f)     Oversee and assist in technical documentation, including site plans, specifications, and project reports

g)    Handle client inquiries, providing both technical advice and commercial solutions

h)    Visit clients regularly to secure recurring business and build brand loyalty.

i)      Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business

j)      Support monthly sales forecasting and reporting

k)    Monitoring of payment and collection after sales.

l)      Tender tracking and monitoring

REQUIREMENT

·        Minimum Diploma preferable in Civil Engineeringor related discipline

·        With 3 years of experience in a sales ortechnical sales role (preferably in asphalt, roadworks, or construction)

·        Basic technical knowledge of asphalt premix,roadwork specifications, and project execution

·        Proficient in creating engineeringdocumentation, project reports, and sales presentations

·        Detail-oriented with strong organizationalskills for managing multiple projects

·        Excellent communication skills, resourceful and ability to work independently

·        Preferably with Class 3 licence and own vehicle

Reporting To: Key Accounts Manager

Role Overview

1. Support the Key Accounts Manager in managing supermarket and retail chain customers.

2. Assist with daily sales operations, order follow-up, customer coordination, and outlet visits.

3. Ensure products are delivered on time, displayed well, and meet customer quality standards.

4. Help grow sales through good service, strong follow-up, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in handling supermarket accounts and daily customer requirements.

2. Follow up on customer orders, delivery schedules, product availability, and pricing updates.

3. Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, logistics, operations, and quality control teams.

4. Prepare quotations, price lists, product information, promotion details, and sales documents.

5. Monitor orders and help resolve shortages, delivery issues, claims, returns, and complaints.

6. Visit supermarket outlets to check freshness, display, stock levels, pricing, and competitor activity.

7. Work with merchandisers and store teams to improve product presentation and availability.

8. Collect market feedback and update the Key Accounts Manager on issues, opportunities, and competitor movements.

9. Support product launches, seasonal programs, festive promotions, and in-store activities.

10. Assist with sales reports, customer updates, stock movement, and promotional results.

11. Follow up on payment matters, customer documents, product specifications, and account administration when required.

12. Maintain good relationships with customers, store teams, and internal departments.

13. Identify opportunities to introduce new products or improve sales performance.

14. Ensure customer requirements, company procedures, and food safety standards are followed.

Requirements

1. Diploma or degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Agriculture, or related field.

2. Experience in sales, customer service, account servicing, FMCG, retail, food distribution, or fresh produce is preferred.

3. Fresh graduates with good attitude and willingness to learn may be considered.

4. Basic understanding of fruits, vegetables, supermarket operations, or perishable goods is an advantage.

5. Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

6. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

7. Responsible, proactive, and willing to visit outlets regularly.
