Our client is a manufacturer of electrical equipments that is used for diverse smart devices ranging from smartphones and table PCs to core materials such as LCDs, semiconductors, and automobiles
They are expanding there presence in Asia Pacific and is looking for a qualified Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities
1. Account Management
Take charge of major B2B clients (e.g., Micron, Infineon etc), maintaining constant communication, processing purchase orders (PO), and managing sales activities.
2. Demand Planning & Logistics
Analyze customers’ production plans to forecast demand for materials and parts, and manage timely delivery (JIT), logistics, and inventory.
3. Technical Marketing & Proposal
Present technical proposals to clients based on performance data of new materials, driving the adoption of products on customers’ mass production lines.
4. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis
Gather market information on advanced industries (such as batteries and semiconductors), analyze competitors’ strategies, and establish countermeasures.
5. Quality & Price Negotiation
Cooperate with technical teams to resolve product quality issues and
support long-term supply agreements and price negotiations.
6. General Tasks
Prepare weekly/monthly sales status and revenue analysis reports.
Acquire product knowledge related to electronic materials (e.g., battery materials, electronic circuit materials).
Build a network with account managers and key contacts with each client.
Qualifications:
1. Communication & Negotiation Skills
Ability to coordinate and negotiate with both internal stakeholders (development, quality teams) and external clients.
2. Data Analysis Skills
Proficiency in Excel and managing sales volume and revenue data.
3. Personal Traits
Diligence, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail.
